You have worked in a large, decentralized, global corporation and are comfortable with Windows-based PCs / laptops, Mac and mobile operating systems.

What You’ll Do :

  • Provide support to corporate and distribution center end-user computers / peripherals. Includes managing purchases, configuration, implementations, upgrades and break / fix for workstations, laptops, and printers.
  • Coordinate with HR / IT on the distribution of new equipment for new hires and collection at end of employment. Maintain accurate record keeping of all equipment.
  • Support corporate client-based software; O365 office Suite, collaboration tools, iSeries, Adobe suites (Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat), Cisco VPN etc..
  • Conference room support of hardware and software.
  • Support the deployment and management of mobile devices include corporate phones, ipads and distribution center RF hand-helds.
  • Perform hardware upgrades and provide hands on support for PC / Laptops, network & storage infrastructure including switches, routers, servers, access points and storage.
  • Resolve escalations from the IT Service Desk as well as take ownership of issues and ensure closure is achieved.
  • Partner with US-based IT Operations team members to execute IT strategy for the Canada corporate office and distribution center.
  • Follow corporate change management policies and processes. This includes being Canada’s IT focal point for all IT Operations project and maintenance activity.
  • Create and maintain documentation as it relates to IT infrastructure and processes located in Canada.
  • Provide routine after-hours maintenance and emergency support as needed to ensure system availability.

You’ll Need to Have :

  • Bachelor's degree in related IT field or 5 years of relevant work experience.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience providing corporate-wide end-user deskside support.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience with Windows based laptops / MacOS.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience working in a large decentralized, global corporation.
  • Must be Bilingual in English and French
  • Working knowledge of MDM tool (Airwatch, Maas360, Hexnode, etc).
  • Working knowledge of incident management module (Service Now, Service Desk, Zoho Desk, Zendesk, etc.).
  • Customer service skills are essential including oral communication and technical writing skills.

We’d Love to See :

  • Basic knowledge of implementation and configuration of routers, switches, hubs, access points, firewalls, cabling, servers, and storage in a large network environment is helpful.
  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision. This includes working with remote management / team members.

Ceci inclut la gestion des achats, des implémentations, des mises à niveau et des pauses / correctifs pour les postes de travail, les ordinateurs portables et les imprimantes.

  • Soutenir les logiciels d’entreprise axés sur le client (courriel, collaboration, etc.).
  • Soutenir le déploiement et la gestion des appareils mobiles, incluant les téléphones d’entreprise et les appareils portables RF des centres de distribution.
  • Planifier, coordonner et effectuer des mises à niveau matérielles de l’équipement existant afin d’éviter les temps d’arrêt.
  • Assurer l’administration de la sécurité pour les utilisateurs du Canada au besoin.
  • Assurer la prise en charge des mains et des pieds pour l’infrastructure réseau, d’ordinateur et de stockage.
  • S’associer avec les membres de l’équipe des Opérations TI des États-Unis afin d’exécuter la stratégie TI pour le siège social et le centre de distribution du Canada.
  • Suivre les politiques et les processus de gestion du changement de l’entreprise. Cela comprend le fait d’être le point focal des Opérations TI du Canada pour tous les projets et activités de maintenance des Opérations TI.
  • Créer et mettre à jour la documentation relative à l’infrastructure et aux processus de TI situés au Canada.
  • Fournir un service d’entretien de routine hors des heures normales de travail et de soutien d’urgence au besoin pour assurer la disponibilité du système.

Vous devrez avoir :

  • Baccalauréat en TI ou dans un domaine connexe ou cinq (5) ans d’expérience de travail pertinente.
  • Minimum de 4 ans d’expérience dans la prestation d’un soutien de bureau à l’échelle de l’entreprise.
  • Minimum de 4 ans d’expérience avec les ordinateurs portables / PCs Windows.
  • Minimum de 2 ans d’expérience avec MacOS.
  • Minimum de 4 ans d’expérience dans le support de la suite Microsoft Office
  • Minimum de 4 ans d’expérience de travail dans une grande entreprise décentralisée et mondiale.
  • Doit être bilingue en français et en anglais
  • Connaissance pratique de l’outil MDM (Airwatch, Maas360, Hexnode, etc.)
