In this role you'll be supporting our clinics recruitment needs, by posting opportunities, reviewing resumes, sourcing candidates, conducting phone screens, and generating offer letters.
We are ideally seeking a candidate located in Calgary.
What Will You Be Doing?
- Posting opportunities using our Applicant Tracking System
- Using Linkedin, Indeed and various online methods to source candidates
- Conducting and documenting phone screens and interviews
- Utilizing our applicant tracking system for sourcing candidates, creating and maintaining candidate profiles
- Providing excellent customer service to both job seekers and colleagues
- Generating reports from our ATS on recruitment activity
- Collabrating closely with clinics, providing guidance and support with the recruitment process
As The Successful Candidate, You Have :
- Post-secondary education with a business focus
- 1-2 years experience as junior recruiter or recruitment coordinator
- Experience conducting phone screens and interviews
- Experience with an Applicant Tracking System
- Strong skills in MS Office Suite of Products and MS Teams
- A team player with a commitment to the success of the business and colleagues
