Build the Projects That Move Communities Forward
At MacKay Contracting, the work we do shows up in the real world. Highways people rely on. Infrastructure that keeps communities running. Complex civil projects that demand trust, precision, and leadership. For more than 40 years, we have built a reputation for taking on challenging work and delivering it safely, thoughtfully, and right the first time.
As we continue to grow across Western Canada, we are looking for a Civil Construction Estimator / Project Manager who wants to own projects from first takeoff to final turnover and take pride in seeing their work become something tangible.
How You Will Get to Contribute
In this role, you will sit at the intersection of strategy and execution.
You will help shape how projects are won, then lead how they are delivered. You will translate drawings and scopes into clear plans, aligned teams, and well run jobsites. From early estimating and bid strategy through construction and closeout, you will drive outcomes that matter. Safe work. Controlled costs. Reliable schedules. Strong client relationships.
This role suits someone who enjoys the front end thinking of estimating and the hands on leadership of project management, and who values clear communication, accountability, and practical problem solving.
