Transactional Analyst(SAP)
Weare seeking a Transactional Analyst to join a global team for ourclient in the mining and metals industry. This position is anopportunity to work for a global procurement team and work closelywith operations processes and regional stakeholders.
This personwill help developing the reporting tools and prepare comprehensiveanalysis based in our different data sources to support bringing toexecution the global procurement and categorystrategy.
Whatis in it foryou :
Hourly salary of$40 / h$45 / h based onexperience.
6month contractwith possibility ofextension.
Fulltimeposition : 37.5 hours perweek.
Hybrid work : 2days per week at theoffice.

Responsibilities :
Supporting thetransactional specialist with mainly datadriven requests (reports)and updating price agreements (ticket creation).
Other : spend datamarket research supplier information contractrequirements.
Troubleshootingsuppliers and internal stakeholders concerns with MRO transactionswithing thesystem.
Supportdeveloping coordinating & consolidating info to provideactionable reports & establish reporting protocols systemsand processes for the entire team.Examples :
- Reconciliationof project pipelines on regular basis or asdirected;
- KPIs used tomeasure performance on specific improvementprojects;
Improve processto update priceagreements
Working withteam to address process improvements (internal & external)and integrate the MRO and Procurement strategy implementation toourprocesses.
Whatyou will need tosucceed :
Bachelor sdegree in related fieldpreferred
13years or more experience in report preparation based on ability toanalyze complex data provide meaningful interpretation &compelling argument tochange
Proficiency withMS OfficeSuite
SAPproven experience and / or knowledge (procurement / data mastermodules) is a bigplus
Proficient datamodelling and data standardization approach analytical andquantitative skills including advanced Excelknowledge.
Microsoft PowerApps knowledge is preferred (Power BI Power Automation Model Drivenappsetc.)
