Job Title : Bilingual Proposal Coordinator

Position Summary
We are seeking a Bilingual Proposal Coordinator to support proposal development. This can include responses to Requests for Proposal ("RFPs"), Request for Qualifications ("RFQs"), Request for Information ( RFI ) and other pre-qualification questionnaires, tracking reports, resumes, project experience documents, and business development documents.
We are looking for someone that will be a key contributor to the growth and infrastructure of our business development initiatives.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Support the end-to-end RFP submission process including, proposal and presentation development and special client deliverables (pre-qualification, proposals, and interview / presentations)
- Coordinate internal stakeholders and team tasks, deliverables and assist with proposal development, including preparation of proposal draft, writing, use of graphics, and PowerPoint development
- Reviews procurement sites for opportunities related to Lifemark services and healthcare industry
- Maintain content repository site to include most accurate up to date information
- Work closely with Business Development leaders to compile and maintain content (proposal narratives, typical exhibits / appendices, project profiles and graphics) keeping them current and ensuring materials are well organized and easily accessible
- Assist with the creation of graphics and page layouts for proposals and presentations
- Assist with other marketing / communications projects and objectives as required
- Contribute to other key corporate projects as identified
Desired Skills & Experience
Job Skills :
- Degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing / Communications, Project Management or equivalent
- Bilingual (French / English) required
- Experience coordinating and assisting with writing, proposal development / coordination ideally for RFP-type response, technical, corporate communications and marketing materials
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Office and other applications (Adobe, PowerPoint, Excel) and graphic development
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking and problem solving skills are required
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, combined with the ability to manage multiple high priority tasks
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
- Team player with excellent interpersonal skills who is flexible and has the ability to work in a rapidly changing work environment
- Ability to take initiative and to demonstrate resourcefulness in work assignments
- Ability to work independently with established guidelines
- Familiarity with SharePoint, proposal management software, CRM and experience in the healthcare industry is an asset
