Vtech Solution Inc is looking for a Data Analyst to support their Marketing & Communications (Marcom) reports by optimizing SQL codes, building ETL solutions, and maintaining data pipelines.
This role collaborates with data specialists, architects, and project teams to ensure data quality and integration.
In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities :
- Develop, maintain, and optimize SQL codes.
- Build ETL solutions in Databricks and SSMS for Marcom reports.
- Review and develop code used by department data analysts.
- Integrate data from multiple sources, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.
- Maintain data pipelines to process and transform raw data.
- Identify and fix technical issues with redundancy.
- Support data analysts with data knowledge and debugging.
- Collaborate with various specialists to design and document data integration flows.
- Troubleshoot SQL jobs, document work, and execute deployments.
- Design and implement data models to support business needs.
- Perform root cause analysis for data issues.
- Assist stakeholders in accessing necessary data.
- Ensure data quality through monitoring and validation.
- Create or update complex Power BI datasets.
- Improve Power BI dataset performance.
- Write codes in DAX and Power Query.

This role requires you to have :
- Minimum of 5 years in data management and analysis.
- 5 years experience with SQL for RDBMS like Azure SQL and MS SQL Server.
- 2 years experience with Databricks.
- 2 years experience with Power BI (including DAX, Power Query).
- Experience with data warehouses in star and snowflake schema.
- Experience with data modeling and release management.
