I discover trends in how customers utilize data.ai’s products, what product features they are most interested in, and what other mobile performance insights would be relevant to their business.

I work closely with Product Managers to help understand the efficacy of released product features and collaborate with Data Analysts, Data Scientists, and Data Engineers to build robust monitoring systems that provide frequent and relevant customer behavior insights.

We are looking for an outstanding Junior Data Analyst interested in working in the hot space of app store data and analytics to join our phenomenal Data Science team at data.

ai. data.ai is the gold standard for the mobile app market and first-party data, leveraging a variety of data sources, machine learning, and artificial intelligence technologies to create market estimates and other KPIs for mobile apps and publishers.

We need self-driven and motivated performers to join our stellar team.

  • Gather requirements from Product Managers on product feature release performance and build dashboards to adequately monitor release KPIs
  • Responsibility for building Tableau dashboards to gather insights on customer behavior
  • Support the Data Science team in tracking the ongoing quality of productized algorithm outputs
  • Support advanced customer requests
  • Develop KPIs that monitor the health and performance of various algorithms and product features, in collaboration with the Data Analyst and Data Science teams
  • Identify relevant inflection points in product performance trends
  • Understand the entire data.ai system from a data point of view
  • Work with other Data Analysts and Data Scientists to deliver high-quality data products
  • Identify dashboard performance bottlenecks and provide optimization solutions
  • Create quality indicators and diagnostics tools
  • Responsibility for working closely with Customer Success Managers, Data Scientists, Marketing Analysts, and Product Managers to identify opportunities in helping our customers extract the most value from our products

  • 2+ years of work experience performing data modeling and quantitative analysis, preferably for Internet or technology companies.

Experience in financial or medical industries can also be helpful

  • Excellent data analytics skills, including an in-depth knowledge of SQL; Python, and / or Spark are a bonus
  • Extensive experience with data visualization and dashboard tools, such as Tableau Software
  • Strong presentation skills. Comfortable explaining data patterns in a business context to multiple stakeholders, e.g. product managers, senior management, etc.
  • BS in Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, Econometrics, or a related field
  • A passion for digital content and mobile apps is a definite plus
