Position Summary

At Elantis, we help organizations modernize how they work through tailored Microsoft solutions. Want to be the go-to technical person on projects that make a real difference? We're looking for a Solution Architect to join our Project Delivery team. You'll design and guide the delivery of Microsoft solutions that bring real business value to our clients, be their technical point of contact, help out with pre-sales, and coach teammates in their careers. Depending on your experience and goals, you can specialize in one of our practices: Modern Work (Microsoft 365 and SharePoint), Business Apps (Power Platform and Dynamics 365), or Data & AI (Copilot, Power BI, Azure, and Fabric). The best fit is someone who's just as happy discussing solution strategy with a client as they are rolling up their sleeves with the team to solve a tricky technical problem.

Position Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee project delivery from a technical perspective, providing solution design and guiding your team through project tasks.
• Act as the client-facing technical point of contact on your assigned projects, building strong client relationships and advising on solutions that bring business value.
• Conduct pre-sales activities, including requirements gathering, developing estimates, and delivering demos for prospective clients.
• Plan and support DevOps sprints by accurately assigning tasks and resources aligned with customer commitments and team skillsets, and proactively removing blockers so the team delivers on schedule.
• Promptly resolve tasks escalated for Architect assistance to maintain sprint accuracy and delivery commitments.
• Work with project managers and technical teams to complete projects on time and on budget.
• Continuously improve technical approaches and methodologies for project delivery.
• Coach and mentor less experienced team members through formal and informal mentorship and training, supporting their career growth.
• Specialize in one or more practices – Modern Work, Business Apps, or Data & AI – designing solutions such as Microsoft 365 and SharePoint information management and records management, Power Platform and Dynamics 365 automation, and Copilot and analytics solutions.

Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of project delivery experience in consulting roles, including experience managing teams.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and SharePoint, including migrations, PowerShell, Microsoft Purview, and electronic document and records management best practices.
• Experience with the Microsoft Power Platform (canvas, model-driven, and code apps) and Dynamics 365 (CRM, Customer Service, Field Service, Business Central).
• Experience with Copilot agents and Copilot Studio, as well as Power BI, Azure, and Fabric.
• Strong consulting skills: articulate, excellent communicator, able to confidently advise clients, negotiate and positively influence through sales cycles and project challenges, with pre-sales and estimating expertise.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking ability, with the ability to context switch, manage multiple client commitments, and coach and mentor a team.
• Post-secondary education in a technology-related field or equivalent experience. Relevant Microsoft certifications are considered a strong asset.
