Kitchen Supervisor

Adecco is currently hiring a Kitchen Supervisor to lead daily operations, support team development, and ensure exceptional food quality, safety, and customer service standards.

Responsibilities:

• Lead restaurant operations during assigned shifts

• Ensure food quality, food safety, and operational standards are consistently met

• Train, coach, and support team members and new hires

• Monitor kitchen performance, service times, and order accuracy

• Conduct food safety, sanitation, and quality checks

• Manage inventory, stock levels, product storage, and waste reduction

• Support food cost control and inventory reporting

• Communicate goals, priorities, and performance expectations to staff

• Review KPIs and support continuous operational improvement

• Partner with restaurant leadership to achieve business objectives

Qualifications and Skills:

• Previous supervisory or leadership experience in food service, hospitality, retail, or restaurant operations

• Strong customer service and team leadership skills

• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities

• Experience with inventory management and operational reporting is an asset

• Ability to multitask and make decisions in a fast-paced environment

• Strong understanding of food safety and quality standards

• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
