Adecco is currently hiring Guest Experience Team Members for a fast-paced and customer-focused restaurant environment. This opportunity is perfect for energetic, reliable individuals who enjoy working with people, thriving in a team setting, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting guests in a friendly, professional manner

• Accurately take customer orders and process payments

• Prepare food and beverages according to established quality standards

• Assemble dine-in, take-out, and delivery orders with speed and accuracy

• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming restaurant environment

• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

• Follow food safety, quality control, and health & safety procedures

• Support daily restaurant operations and contribute to a positive guest experience

• Work flexible shifts as required, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Qualifications and Skills:

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• Reliable with strong attendance and punctuality

• Team-oriented with strong communication skills

• Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing light to moderate physical tasks

• Previous experience in food service, hospitality, retail, or customer service is considered an asset but is not required

• Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
