Reporting directly to the Vice President, you'll gain exposure to all aspects of project delivery while working on complex commercial and institutional projects throughout the region.This is an opportunity for a Project Coordinator, Assistant Project Manager, or Project Manager looking to accelerate their career. • Manage projects from pre-construction through closeout.
• Review estimates, budgets, forecasts, and change orders.
• Coordinate clients, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams.
• Oversee project documentation, contracts, and project reporting.
• Drive successful project delivery across schedule, quality, safety, and financial objectives.

What We're Looking For

• Experience as a Project Manager, Assistant Project Manager, or Project Coordinator within the construction industry.
• Strong understanding of estimates, project financials, and project execution.
• Experience in commercial, institutional, or general contracting environments.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• A driven, team-oriented professional who wants to grow into larger leadership responsibilities.
