Languages: Fluent English & French Required
Work Setup: Remote
Pay rate: $27.40-$33.80/hr

Responsibilities
Manage and process core transaction activities including new account setups, non financial updates and account features.
Partner with client services project analysts and subject matter experts to implement key operations and drive efficiency.
Proactively identify opportunities to deliver extra value to clients and elevate the overall service experience.

Qualifications
Fully fluent in both English and French
Detail Oriented
2 year Diploma
Ateast 1 year of experience in Customer service
