Built on a foundation of Trust, Clarity, and Heart, our team is committed to creating lasting relationships and helping clients build meaningful financial futures.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Wealth Associate to serve as a trusted partner to our Wealth Advisors and a key relationship contact for our clients. This is a highly visible, client-facing role suited to a motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering an exceptional client experience.

This is not a traditional administrative position. We are looking for a confident wealth management professional who demonstrates sound judgment, takes initiative, anticipates client and advisor needs, and contributes meaningfully to the continued growth of our practice.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management

  • Serve as a primary contact for high-net-worth clients, delivering timely, proactive, and personalized service.
  • Build trusted relationships through exceptional communication and responsiveness.
  • Manage client inquiries, account administration, transactions, and service requests with professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Deliver a consistent white-glove client experience.

Advisor & Practice Support

  • Coordinate and prepare for client review meetings, including customized reports, meeting materials, and follow-up action items.
  • Support advisors in delivering integrated wealth management solutions.
  • Act as a trusted operational and client service partner, helping drive efficiency and an exceptional client experience.
  • Participate in client service planning and practice growth initiatives.

Operations & Compliance

  • Prepare and maintain client documentation and account records.
  • Ensure all client activity is processed accurately and in compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor account activity and follow through on client requests to completion.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the client experience.

What You Bring:

Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a wealth management environment.
  • Proven success supporting high-net-worth clients.
  • Experience with investment management, financial planning, and complex client servicing.
  • Strong relationship management, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.

Qualifications

  • Canadian Securities Course (CSC) required.
  • Conduct and Practices Handbook (CPH) required.
  • WME® completed or in progress.
  • Canadian Investment Regulatory Exam (CIRO licensing requirements) completed or eligible.

Personal Attributes

  • Proactive, resourceful, and accountable.
  • Professional and confident under pressure.
  • Strong judgment and problem-solving abilities.
  • Committed to continuous learning and professional growth.
  • Driven to deliver an exceptional client experience.

Why Join Angus Watt Advisory Group?

  • Work with sophisticated high-net-worth clients and multi-generational families.
  • Join a collaborative, high-performing, and values-driven team.
  • Gain exposure to comprehensive wealth planning and investment strategies.
  • Build a long-term career with opportunities for professional growth and development.
  • Make a meaningful impact on clients’ financial lives while working alongside experienced industry leaders.

At Angus Watt Advisory Group, your future is at the heart of our business. If you are a driven wealth management professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional client service and building meaningful relationships, we would welcome the opportunity to meet you.
