Key Responsibilities:

· Promote Hatch’s Industrial Water services across the Industrial Water Sector.

· Mentor and develop junior engineers within the Industrial Water team.

· Lead and contribute to engineering studies, designs, reports, and presentations.

· Prepare proposals, and client communications.

· Ensure quality assurance and control throughout project execution.

· Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders.

· Explore and implement innovative water management solutions.

Qualifications & Experience:

· 15+ years of experience in Industrial Water within Oil Sands, Oil & Gas

· Demonstrated project management and leadership experience on large, multidisciplinary projects.

· Licensed Professional Engineer (P.Eng.)

· Extensive experience in oil sands water management, including water sourcing, recycle water systems, process-affected water, and regulatory compliance.

· Strong experience in tailings and tailings water management, including tailings dewatering, water recovery, reclaim water systems, water balance development, and integration of water management strategies into mine planning and operations.

· Strong knowledge of design management, and project execution.

· Recognized within the industrial water sector for technical leadership and industry engagement.

· Experience interfacing with operations, environmental, geotechnical, and tailings engineering teams to develop integrated water management solutions.

· Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage clients and senior stakeholders.

· Committed to innovation, continuous improvement, and the application of emerging technologies.

· Passionate about mentoring, technical development, and knowledge sharing across multidisciplinary teams.
