KeyResponsibilities :

Leadand manage a team of artists and technicians in the creation andoptimization of digital assets for use in visual effectsprojects.

Collaborate closely withthe production team to understand project requirements timelinesand resourceallocations.

Establish andmaintain efficient workflows and pipeline processes for assetcreation review anddelivery.

Provide artistic andtechnical guidance to the team ensuring consistency and qualityacross all assets.

Conduct regularreviews and feedback sessions to ensure that assets meet projectspecifications and clientexpectations.

Troubleshoottechnical issues and provide solutions to optimize asset productionand delivery.

Mentor and trainjunior artists to develop their skills and foster a collaborativeand supportive workenvironment.

Stay updated onindustry trends tools and techniques to improve asset productionprocesses continuously and qualitystandards.

Requirements

Bachelorsdegree in Computer Graphics Animation Visual Effects or relatedfield or equivalent work experience.

Proven experience (5 years in asupervisory capacity) working in a senior or supervisory role inthe VFX industry with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise inasset creation andmanagement.

Indepth knowledge ofindustrystandard software tools and pipelines for asset creationsuch as Maya ZBrush Substance Painteretc.

Strong understanding ofdigital asset management systems andworkflows.

Excellent leadershipand communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire ateam to deliver highquality work under tightdeadlines.

Strong problemsolvingskills and attention todetail.

Ability to thrive in afastpaced collaborativeenvironment.
