As part of our dedication to superior customer service, we offer a premium white glove delivery service, and we are looking for a skilled, customer-focused BBQ Delivery Assistant to join our team. When you’re not out on deliveries, your skills will be used to support our warehouse operations.
Role Overview
The Warehouse & Delivery Associate is a vital role within the Capital BBQ team. You will serve as the final touchpoint in delivering exceptional customer experience. This is not just a delivery position — it’s a hands-on, customer-facing role where you will be helping with the safe and professional delivery of BBQ equipment, grills, and accessories directly to customers’ homes and outdoor spaces.
Your role will require attention to detail, physical stamina, and a strong focus on customer service. You will represent Capital BBQ in the field, ensuring that our products are delivered and set up with the highest level of care and professionalism.
In the warehouse, you will help in all areas to keep the operations flowing efficiently. This will include everything from counting inventory to shipping/receiving orders and assembling BBQs.
