We are looking for a personable, enthusiastic receptionist to join our client's team. In this roles you will be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, business partners and vendors. As such, if you are welcoming, friendly personality it will be a key attribute that you bring to these positions. It is located in Edmonton. If you are looking to gain some experience and develop networking, it is great opportunity which will not be open for long.

Responsibilities
- Answering a moderate volume of calls on a multi-line phone system
- Referring customers and clients to the correct department or company representative
- Greeting members of the public or walk-in customers
- Distribution of office mail and files
- General filing and basic administrative tasks as requested
- Faxes - check, log and forward faxes
-Document client information re file opening and payment• Submit special order office supply requests; liaise frequently with Business Centre re shipments, etc.

- Previous experience in Reception roles with multi-line phone experience
-Excellent communication skills
- As the candidate will be working independently, a strong work ethic and positive references are required
-Proficient in Microsoft Office products
-Detailed-focused with the ability to complete tasks with limited supervision.
-Exhibits professionalism.
