An HR Manager oversees all aspects of a company's human resource practices, including recruitment, employee onboarding, performance management, training and development, benefits administration, employee relations, policy enforcement, and ensuring compliance with labor laws, aiming to maintain a positive work culture and optimize workforce productivity.
