Job description
Are you an experienced Forklift Operator in Calgary with the precision to handle high-value materials? Randstad is immediately hiring specialized Sit-Down Counterbalance operators for a distribution center in Southeast Calgary.

This isn't your average pallet-pushing gig; it requires intense focus, finesse, and a commitment to the damage-free movement of premium stone and quartz surfaces. Earning $21.00 per hour on a steady Monday to Friday Day Shift, this specialized role rewards your advanced operating skills and offers a clear pathway to permanent employment.

Responsibilities
Safely operate a Sit-Down Counterbalance and other forklifts to transport materials and products.
Load, unload, and move goods within the warehouse or production area.
Conduct pre-operational checks and routine maintenance on forklifts.
Perform inventory checks, data entry, and quality control as needed.
Strictly adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures.



Qualifications
Valid forklift certification, preferably with experience operating sit-down counterbalance forklifts.
Proven experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of order picking, quality control, and data entry.
Excellent communication skills and a commitment to safety and quality.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
