Job description
Bilingual Relocation Advisor – Exclusive Opportunities for Ottawa & Gatineau Talent

Are you a bilingual professional residing in the Ottawa or Gatineau region?
Here is your chance to secure a highly coveted career that blends premier, structure-driven onsite training with a **100% full-time work-from-home (WFH) career path!**

Moving is stressful, but for Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) members, it is a way of life. We are seeking empathetic, sharp, and solution-driven **Relocation Advisors** who want to do more than just process paperwork. In this role, you are a lifeline for military families, turning high-stakes transitions into smooth journeys while building an expert career.

Hourly Rate:** $21.63 / hour with structured pathways to grow!
Schedule:** Monday to Friday (Enjoy your weekends off!)
Shift Rotation:** Monthly rotational shifts scheduled between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM.
Official Start Date:** July 6th, 2026.
Contract Type:** Full-time, temporary contract with a strong probability of transitioning to permanent based on performance.
Training Center Location: Laurier Avenue West, Ottawa, ON (Easily accessible by public transit; paid parking available).

*The Path to 100% Remote Work (WFH)

To protect the integrity of our support to military families, our onboarding center utilizes a strict **100% Onsite Training Center** model in DOWNTOWN OTTAWA. There is no permanent onsite team; the center is designed solely to launch you into full-time remote success.

**The Onsite Training Pipeline (2–3 Months Total):**

1. In-Class Training (4 weeks): Paid, structured deep-dive into the Canadian Forces Relocation Directive (CAFRD). Must be successfully completed alongside gaining security clearance.
2. On-the-Job Training DOWNTOWN Ottawa office / OJT (2–4 weeks): Hands-on, practical learning phase with active support.
3. Evaluation Phase: Operations Managers assess your progress directly at the training center.

Transition to Full-Time REMOTE Upon successfully graduating from the training pipeline, meeting core performance metrics, and demonstrating mastery of the technical skillset, you will transition into a permanent, full-time work-from-home model (no hybrid required).
*Note: Candidates must maintain a quiet, dedicated home workspace with a stable, wired (Ethernet) internet connection to protect client privacy.*

-

Paid Training: 3-4 weeks (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM)
Contract Type: Full-time, contract with the possibility of permanent transition.
Location: Ottawa, K1P 6M7 - Easily accessible by public transit (paid parking available).

Candidate must further satisfy the following criteria to be eligible for the role:
- Have status to work in Canada at the time of application
- Successfully complete the enhanced government screening process
- Pass a criminal background check
- Pass a credit check
- Pass a reliability clearance check, which requires applicants to have maintained 5 continuous years of residency in Canada at the time of application. This requirement is not dependent upon your immigration, residency, or citizenship status.

All offers will be conditional upon successful confirmation of this criteria."

You can apply by sending your resume : jessica.yelozbek@randstad.ca
