The ideal candidate will have experience across both corporate and real estate matters, with a stronger emphasis on real estate transactions. You will be joining a team that values responsiveness, precision, and commercial awareness in delivering client solutions.
Practice Focus

Commercial real estate transactions (acquisitions, dispositions, financing, development)

Residential real estate (as needed)

Corporate and business law matters, including incorporations, reorganizations, and commercial agreements

Exposure to banking, lending, and development-related work

What They’re Looking For

3–6 years of experience in corporate and/or real estate law

Strong exposure to real estate transactions (preferred)

Ability to manage files independently and run transactions from start to finish

Commercially minded, practical, and client-focused approach

Interest in working within a high-volume, team-oriented environment

Book of business is not required
