Service Desk Analyst for a 3 year on-site contract with the possibility of extension. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced audit professional with strong expertise in IT general controls, risk assessment, and financial reporting who thrives in a structured, detail-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:- Prepare and deploy Windows 11 laptops using Microsoft Managed Desktop (MMD) standards, including Autopilot enrollment and configuration profiles
- Unbox, assemble, and set up laptops, docks, and peripherals at user workstations or staging areas
- Safely back up and transfer user data, profiles, and settings from legacy devices to new laptops using approved tools and processes
- Record and update asset information in inventory systems, including device assignment, status, and lifecycle tracking
- Provide onsite or remote support during deployment, including user orientation, login assistance, and basic troubleshooting
- Retire legacy devices by performing secure data wipes, updating asset records, and preparing hardware for disposal or redeployment
- Verify devices meet security, patching, and compliance requirements (e.g., encryption, policies, updates) before and after deployment
Requirements:- University degree or a college diploma in information technology
- A minimum of one (1) year of recent work experience in an information technology service desk, operational environment
- A minimum of three (3) years of demonstrated customer service experience
- A minimum of three (3) years of demonstrated experience with Microsoft 0365
- Excellent customer service skills an asset
- Demonstrated experience interacting with individuals at various levels in an organization
- Must be legally authorized to work and reside in Canada.
