POSITION INFORMATION :
Teachers can workfull time or part time by teaching in the morning afternoon and / orevening.
$15.50 $18 CDN per hour to start withsemiannual pay raise evaluations.

Responsibilities
Liaise with managersto determine training needs and schedule trainingsessions
Design effective trainingprograms
Conduct seminars workshops individualtraining sessions etc.
Support and mentor newemployees
Conduct evaluations to identify areasof improvement
Monitor employee performance andresponse to training
Requirements
English teachers must speak English as their firstlanguage
Professional appearance anddemeanor
Bachelors Degree (any major)
Quiet area in which to work
Reliablecomputer (Windowsbased computer or Mac) with at least 2 GB ofRAM
Hard wired (exceptions are possible withgood computer maintenance skills) HighSpeed internet service (noWifi) of at least 7Mbps
Webcam and Headset witha microphone
Consistent daily availabilityduring our peak demand times
Immediatelyavailable to start (Consultable)

A minimum of 15 hours per week during these peaktimes :
1) SundayThursday 5 pm to 8 pmET
2) MondayFriday 5 am to 11 am ET
Extra hours : 4 pm 11 am EST
Teacherswill have to start an hour early or later when DST starts andends
