Job description
William W. Creighton is seeking to employ a Summer Student for July and August 2025 .
Working hours : Monday – Friday, 8 : 00 a.m. to 5 : 00 p.m.
Hourly rate : $21.55
Responsibilities
- HR Support :
- Assist in recruitment activities, including job postings, screening, and interview scheduling.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
- Support onboarding and orientation for new hires.
- Assist with administrative tasks related to HR and Finance, such as filing, data entry, and record-keeping.
- Contribute to the development of HR policies and procedures.
- Organizational Development :
- Collaborate with staff to understand and document system processes and procedures.
- Support the creation of digital manuals, guides, and documentation for Creighton activities.
- Assist in developing onboarding and orientation materials.
- Document troubleshooting steps and FAQs in collaboration with staff.
- Ensure all documentation meets organizational standards.
- Payroll :
- Assist in preparing and executing payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Help calculate and process salaries, benefits, and deductions.
- Verify timekeeping records and resolve discrepancies.
- Accounts Payable :
- Support invoice processing, verification, and discrepancy resolution.
- Participate in statement reconciliation, expense tracking, and record maintenance.
- Administrative Support :
- Provide general support to HR and Finance teams.
- Respond to inquiries and assist employees and team members.
- Perform data analysis and generate reports as needed.
