Job Title : Senior Service Designer

Pay Range : C$650 - C$700 / Day

As a Senior Service Designer, you'll play a pivotal role in crafting seamless and innovative user experiences. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to design and improve services that meet both customer and business needs.
Key Responsibilities :
- User-Centered Design : Conduct in-depth user research to understand customer needs and behaviors.
- Service Blueprinting : Create detailed service blueprints and customer journey maps.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with product managers, UX / UI designers, developers, and marketers.
- Innovation : Facilitate workshops and co-design sessions to generate creative solutions.
- Prototyping and Testing : Prototype and test service concepts to validate ideas.
- Performance Analysis : Track and evaluate service performance metrics.
Required Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Service Design, Interaction Design, User Experience, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in service design or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in service design tools and techniques.
- Excellent understanding of user research methods.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Proficiency with service design tools like Miro, Lucidchart, or similar platforms.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Master's degree in Service Design, Human-Centered Design, or a related field.
- Experience working in sectors like finance, healthcare, or government.
- Knowledge of digital transformation initiatives.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
- Certification in Design Thinking, Lean Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
