Receptionist in Hamilton

We are currently looking for a contract receptionist for an approximate 2-month leave starting immediately.

Advantages

- This contract is approximately for 2 -3 months

Responsibilities
- Receive and transfer calls
- Reception and registration of visitors
- Provide basic information to staff and customers
- Processing mail and messaging, receiving and distributing faxes
- Support the daily activities of the office
- Drafting of standard and personalized correspondence, preparation of mailings (labels,
enveloping, assembly of documents, etc.)
Any other administrative work to achieve the team's objectives
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in a reception position
- Strong verbal communication
- Fluent written and spoken French is considered an asset
- Ability to multi-task
- Manage multi-line switchboard
- Professional demeanor
- Can accept directions well
