Job description3+ years digital marketing with measurable growth results At least 2 years marketing high‑consideration products ($10K+ investments, 30+ day sales cycles) in : Real estate investments or financial services B2B SaaS (5+ figure contracts) Professional services with consultative sales Hands‑on campaign management in Meta, Google, and TikTok ad platforms Strong SEO track record with organic growth results Demonstrated experience optimizing for AI search and leveraging AI tools in marketing workflows WordPress proficiency (content management, page builders, SEO plugins) Exceptional writing—clear, persuasive, compliant AI‑fluent : Comfortable leveraging AI tools for content, optimization, and insights Forward‑thinking : Stays ahead of AI search trends and adapts strategy accordingly Hands‑on execution in platforms Strategic thinking with tactical execution Collaborative across sales and creative teams Required : GA4, Google Tag Manager, Search Console, SEO tools (Ahrefs / SEMrush / Moz), Meta / Google / TikTok Ads, WordPress, CRM (HubSpot / Salesforce), email marketing platforms, AI content and optimization tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Jasper, Perplexity, or similar) , basic HTML / CSS Preferred : A / B testing tools, data visualization, attribution tools, interactive content platforms, AI‑powered personalization tools, predictive analytics A Behavioural Assessment (5–10 minutes, untimed) to understand your work and communication style. A Cognitive Assessment (12‑minute timed) to measure learning and problem‑solving abilities.
Key Responsibilities
- AI Optimization & Emerging Tech : Optimize content for AI search engines and answer engines (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, Gemini); leverage AI tools for content creation, personalization, and audience insights; stay current on AI / ML applications in marketing; implement AI-powered search experiences and recommendations
- SEO Strategy : Lead organic strategy, keyword research for traditional and AI search, technical SEO implementation, and content optimization across search paradigms
- Paid Advertising : Manage campaigns in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and TikTok—campaign setup, optimization, and performance reporting
- Content Development : Write compliant copy, work with writers on educational content, use AI tools to enhance content quality and efficiency, ensure regulatory compliance (no past performance guarantees, no over‑promising, no false claims)
- WordPress Management : Publish / optimize content, manage plugins, implement on‑page SEO
- New Product Marketing : Own strategy and execution for new investment products as they launch
- Funnel Optimization : Build AI‑enhanced nurture sequences, comparison guides, decision tools that convert prospects to investors
- Audience Strategy : Develop buyer personas using AI‑driven insights, keyword strategies, and content frameworks
- Analytics & Reporting : Pull together performance reports across channels and long attribution windows; use AI tools for data analysis and insights
- Agility : Pivot quickly based on market conditions, sales feedback, AI trends, and performance data
