Job Summary

We areseeking a Financial Analyst to join the Group Finance &Consulting Department (GF&CD) which is part of the GroupFinance & Development Support (GF&DS) Administrative Area.

GF&CD is a part of the Finance Business Line in This Companyand ultimately reports to the Finance Executive VP & CFO.GF&CD is responsible for providing support to senior managementand various business lines relating to various Affiliate matters.

This support is provided through advisory to This Companys seniormanagement on upcoming Affiliate Board and other committeesmeetings on matters including statutory and management reportingfinancial analysis budgeting & planning Mergers &Acquisition and internal controls.

Responsibilities :

• Review board materials for Affiliates andprovide commentary and analysis for board members.
• Present to senior management offering advice on upcomingboard meetings and other projects.
• SupportGroup Finance & Corporate Development (GF&CD) as theprimary resource for all Group Finance matters.
• Collaborate with affiliates to ensure the establishmentand maintenance of strong finance functions andprocesses.
• Mentor and coach team members inspecialized areas.
• Coordinate internal SubjectMatter Experts (SMEs) to assist with current affiliate matters andissues.
• Brief internal management on affiliateoperational matters new projects and initiatives.
• Conduct financial analysis and due diligence onaffiliates and their upcoming projects.
• Prepare accounting entries for affiliate investmentswhere applicable.
• Provide ad hoc support asneeded.

Requirements :

• This role required candidate topermanently relocate at Dhahran SaudiArabia.
• Hold a Bachelors Degreein Accounting or Finance preferably accompanied by advancedprofessional certifications like CPA CA or CFA.

Possession of anMBA or postgraduate degree is desirable.

• Accumulate a minimum of 1015 years of relevant experienceencompassing financial reporting and accounting research (IFRS)international taxation financial analysis financial modelingbusiness development mergers & acquisitions corporategovernance internal controls financing & cash management andconsulting.
• Familiarity with SAP isadvantageous.
• Industry experience in oil &gas chemicals or power generation is preferred.
• Proficiency in oral and written English isessential.
