As a Client Service Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients receive the support and assistance they need regarding their insurance policies.

As an Insurance Service Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting clients with their insurance needs, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring overall client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities : Handle client complaints or concerns with professionalism and empathy. Maintain accurate client records and update information in our agency management system.
Process policy endorsements and renewals, accurately and efficiently. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries related to insurance policies, coverage options, and claims.
Generate quotes and facilitate policy issuance. Assist clients with billing inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely manner.
Identify opportunities to upsell additional insurance products based on client needs. Qualifications : Previous experience in the insurance industry is a plus but not required.
Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and thoroughly.
Insurance licensure (or willingness to obtain) is a requirement. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is an advantage but not mandatory.
