You'll lead in-house crews and coordinate construction activities that restore, rebuild, and deliver exceptional results for our clients.A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISORAs a Construction Supervisor, you'll oversee day-to-day site operations and guide crews to success. You'll review scopes, organize materials, and coordinate schedules to ensure work moves forward with precision and purpose. You'll collaborate closely with Project Managers and Construction Managers, verify progress, and uphold the highest standards of safety and quality. You'll also provide on-site leadership and direction, help train staff, and solve challenges as they arise. Each day, your leadership, problem-solving, and dedication to excellence will keep projects on time, on budget, and built to last.Qualifications2+ years of construction or restoration experience with proven supervisory successDiploma, trade certification, or equivalent experienceStrong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and safety practicesAbility to read and interpret scopes, drawings, and specificationsSkilled communicator with strong leadership and organization skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office and mobile applicationsIICRC certifications an asset Valid Drivers license and clean driving abstractAbility to complete work activities which may include physical labour, material handling and lifting, climbing ladders, wearing a respirator, and working in tight spaces (attics, basements, and crawlspaces)Who We AreAt First Onsite, the work you do every day makes a real impact.
