Hourly salary of $90 to $104 based onexperience.

6month contract withpotential extensions.

Fulltimeposition : 37.50 hours per week.

Responsibilities :

Provide leadership in the delivery and execution of all phases ofassigned projects from initiation to closure managing timelinesbudget and scope for multiple concurrentprojects.

Effectively communicatewith and present to project leadership and sponsors / stakeholders(including senior leaders) to gain buyin facilitate decisionmakingand promote confidence in the ability todeliver.

Build collaborativerelationships with project sponsors and stakeholderteams.

Develop comprehensiveproject plans that align scope time cost quality resources andrisks with ongoing monitoring of project execution for anydeviations from the plan invoking corrective action and contingencyplans where necessary.

Motivateengage and focus efforts of multisite project teams by providingclear direction ensuring access to required tools and removingbarriers as necessary.

Establisheffective project communications ensuring that project deliveryexpectations are clearly understood and specified and thatinformation / updates are distributed in a timely manner to ensurestakeholder buyin and projectsuccess.

Prioritize and manageown workload and the workload of project team members to deliverquality results against aggressivetimelines.

Build and maintaindetailed schedules and RAID logs proactively managing risks / issueswhile effectively leveraging the change control process andescalating for support and awareness asappropriate.

Play a role inorganizing attending and facilitating project workshops with adiverse group of stakeholders.

Ensure that appropriate processes and techniques are beingleveraged by project teams identifying any necessary training orsupport required.

Ensure allprojects have an appropriate level of governance and are executedwith demonstrated alignment to project execution standards andpractices.

Ensure successful andseamless transition of projects to Operations upon projectcompletion.

Whatyou will need tosucceed :

5 years of experience in project management with a focus onoperational and process enhancementprojects.

Proficiency in OfficeSuite focusing on Tableau Miro Visio Microsoft Excel MicrosoftProject and PowerPoint.

Strongorganizational leadership and communicationskills.

Ability to influenceothers and represent business priorities indecisionmaking.

Experience inGroup Disability Insurance is preferred but notmandatory.

Excellent attention todetail and eagerness to learn.

Selfmotivated and capable of workingindependently.
