Job description

What are we looking for?

  • Safety focused professional drivers that have the record to prove it.
  • Friendly, customer service based Driver who take pride in being on time, self sufficient, and can provide knowledgeable service to our customers.

What we have to offer Flat Deck Owner Operators? We have 2 divisions to suit your needs, mileage and revenue.

REVENUE DIVISION INFO:

  • 82% gross revenue
  • $1500 shop credit that can also be used to purchase equipment
  • Bi-weekly pay
  • Gross $28,000 per month on average

In order to qualify:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience as an Owner Operator
  • Ability to cross border
  • Clear criminal record
  • Can provide drivers abstract
  • Own an open deck trailer (53ft) or willing to rent one

MILEAGE DIVISION INFO:

  • Base rate of $1.40 per mile
  • $1500 shop credit that can also be used to purchase equipment
  • Weekly pay
  • Safety and Performance bonuses
  • Referral Bonus Program
  • Fuel Subsidy Program
  • Empty miles paid, consistent miles
  • Insurance, licensing paid and fuel cards provided
  • Tolls, escorts, permits and scales paid for
  • Pinnacle – monthly driver rewards program

  • Drivewyze – scale by-pass system

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of Class 1 Professional Driving experience
  • Excellent attitude
  • Ability to cross border
  • Clear criminal record
  • Can provide drivers abstract
  • Minimum of 9200 miles per month
  • Away from home 10-14 days
  • $18,000 - $23,000 monthly gross pay
  • Only Canadian residents will be considered at this time
  • We do have a lease purchase program with PowerLease
