Vantix is seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Senior IT Recruiter. Vantix is one of Alberta’s leading workforce management service providers. Vantix has been deeply committed to continuous growth and improvement for both us and our clients.

You will support the business by conducting the complete recruitment cycle and assisting Account Manager’s in identifying top talent across Canada.

The Role:
Vantix is seeking a Senior IT Recruiter with a proven track record in information technology sourcing and screening to join our team. The compensation structure and volume of requirements provide a great opportunity for any Sr Recruiter that is looking for a fast-growing organization. Must be resident of Alberta to apply and work within Canada to apply.

Skills MS Office Type Employee Experience Required/Mandatory Skills
5+ years of experience in the IT Staffing industry coupled with experience in using cutting edge recruitment methods.
Ability to locate top talent using various online platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Extensive expertise in MS tools, combined with effective communication skills and the ability to deliver outstanding candidate presentations.
A track record of proactively developing relationships with passive and active candidates.
Ability to decipher client job requirements into a targeted candidate search strategy.
Ability to work within a deadline controlled environment
A positive attitude with the ability to work independently with little oversight
Ability to provide our clients and consultants with excellent service
