Job description
We're recruiting on behalf of our client for a Remote ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and enhance enterprise ServiceNow solutions while leveraging AI-powered capabilities such as Now Assist, Predictive Intelligence, Virtual Agent, and Generative AI. This role is ideal for a developer with at least three years of ServiceNow experience, expertise in modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITBM/SPM, SAM Pro, HRSD, or SecOps, and strong skills in scripting, integrations, workflow automation, and enterprise application development. Join a collaborative team delivering innovative solutions that improve business processes and service delivery.

Responsibilities
•Design, develop, configure, test, deploy, and support ServiceNow solutions and enhancements
•Build workflows, scripts, integrations, and automation across the ServiceNow platform
•Implement AI capabilities such as Now Assist, Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence, and Generative AI
•Integrate ServiceNow with enterprise systems and third-party applications via APIs
•Gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions
•Troubleshoot and resolve platform, integration, and automation issues
•Document technical designs, risks, and implementation activities
•Support end-to-end delivery across the development lifecycle and ensure smooth transition to operations
•Ensure solutions meet security, privacy, and governance standards

Qualifications
•Post-secondary education in IT, computer science, or a related field
•3+ years of ServiceNow development experience
•Experience with key modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, SPM/ITBM, SAM Pro, or SecOps
•Strong skills in ServiceNow scripting, workflows, integrations, and APIs
•Experience implementing AI/automation features (e.g., Now Assist, Predictive Intelligence, Virtual Agent, AI Search)
•Understanding of Generative AI, NLP, machine learning, and automation concepts
•Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
•Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills
