Operations Coordinator

QUALIFICATIONS

• 1+ years of experience as a customer service rep or similar position
• Strong communication skills
• Attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
• High school diploma or equivalent

HVAC experience would be helpful but isn't required for our Operations Coordinator. It'd be a bonus if you have schedule flexibility for working Saturday or on-call hours.

WHAT TO EXPECT AS OUR OPERATIONS COORDINATOR

Standard hours are Monday - Friday, 7:30 am - 3:30 pm, with optional on-call and Saturday work available.

Efficient projects start with our Operations Coordinator. You'll prepare for the day's upcoming jobs by reviewing work orders and ensuring that all materials/equipment are ready to go. You'll help keep track of our supply levels and order more parts to make sure we don't run out. Communication is also important, and you'll coordinate with the office team to schedule timely repairs and service calls. As needed, you'll be asked to help out with additional responsibilities, such as picking up or delivering materials to job sites.
