Make an impact with our Consulting - Human Resources, Recruitment team as a Senior Consultant. This diverse team of professionals develops innovative strategies that make a positive impact on clients' businesses.

As a trusted advisor, you'll integrate human resources considerations and expertise into clients' strategy, structure, systems and processes.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for clients, from initial engagement to offer negotiation and placement.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs, organizational culture, and business objectives.
  • Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including direct sourcing, networking, and database searches, to identify high-caliber candidates.
  • Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and fit for specific roles and organizations.
  • Review and draft position profiles, candidate profiles, and other documentation for client review.
  • Develop and foster ongoing relationships with qualified candidates.
  • Develop project plans and coordinate project logistics with clients and other stakeholders.
  • Identify innovative ways to deliver added value to clients; ensure client needs are met and relationships grow and develop.
  • Review, design and develop high-quality deliverables including reports, presentations and other correspondence.
  • Lead engagement teams, developing effective relationships with clients while coaching and mentoring junior team members.
  • Participate in business development initiatives and contribute to the preparation and delivery of competitive proposals.
  • Promote MNP HR consulting service line within the organization and business community group through the involvement in presentations, meetings and community events.
  • Assist with other HR Consulting engagements related to change management, organizational review and design, talent management, performance management, human resource strategy and policy development as required.
  • Maintain flexibility to travel, as necessary.

Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor's in human resources, business, or other relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
  • CHRP designation is considered an asset.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in a recruitment, talent acquisition, or human resources environment.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and achieving recruitment targets.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills both oral and written.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy with the ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
  • Ability to manage workflow, set priorities, work within tight timelines, and assist on multiple projects at the same time.
  • Ability to take initiative, apply your judgement and knowledge to problem solving, and bring forward / contribute to solutions.
