I've got the job for you! Our client in Laval in the manufacturing / distribution of household products is looking for its next account manager for a one-year contract.

Full-time, weekday position, salary between $25 / hr and $30 / hr, end-of-contract bonus.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities for this role include :

  • Order taking and follow-up
  • Quoting and invoicing
  • Credits and order returns
  • Answering questions from B2B customers and providing them with quality after-sales service
  • Track orders in inventory

Qualifications

  • Perfect communication skills in both French and English, oral and written. Most of the team is based in the U.S. and Toronto.
  • Facility and extensive experience with SAP or similar software
  • Professional communication via e-mail and telephone
  • Experience in customer service or supply chain
  • Ability to multi-task and be dynamic
