As a Talent Acquisition Partnerwithin our Talent Acquisition team,you’llsupport the total talent process for assigned Business Units or Functions, such as Vaccines Manufacturing & Supply;

R&D and Medical; Specialty Care, General Medicines and more.

As TA Partner, you will be setting and leading end-to-end search strategies, executing and leading metric-driven search assignments, while also ensuring the organization is focused, successful and competitive to meet recruitment goals.

Our TA Partners deliver best-in-class relationship management with candidates, internal / external clients, partners, and vendors;

and designing and managing strategic recruitment projects related to diversity.

This position is responsible for full life cycle recruiting which may include bargaining unit (Union) staffing at our Toronto Vaccines site.

All Union staffing processes are managed in strict compliance with the Collective Labour Agreements (CLAs), applicable legislation and company policies.

As a TA Partner, you will proactively identify and implement forward-thinking attraction and passive sourcing strategies in response to the business needs ensuring timely, cost-effective identification and selection of high quality and diverse talent required to achieve business short and long-term goals.

Main Responsibilities :

Partner with Hiring Managers to design, implement, and execute talent acquisition strategies; providing guidance on selection processes and hiring decisions based on the Sanofi Leadership model.

Plan, resource, execute and support high volume staffing projects.

Make recommendations to Labour Relations Lead and CA TA Lead, for updates or improvements to internal hiring process efficiencies and resources.

Provides appropriate counsel and recommendations throughout end-to-end recruitment processes (e.g., CLA related recruitment related clauses, Workday Applicant Tracking system, creating and posting requisitions, candidate assessment / selection, debrief sessions, offer recommendation, other guidance as necessary).

When conducting Union hiring, ensure processes, systems, documentation, interviews and offers are managed according to the CLAs, applicable legislation, company policies and programs.

Proactively and continuously utilize effective sourcing strategies (passive and non-passive) in an effort to build a network and diverse pipeline of highly qualified candidates for current and future openings.

About you :

University degree and professional recruitment experience and / or relevant experience with transferrable skills.

LinkedIn, AIRS, DDI, or Lominger certifications are an asset.

Experience recruiting in the pharmaceutical and / or biotechnology environment is an asset. Strong knowledge and prior experience filling Union positions is a plus.

Bilingual in both French and English languages is an asset.

Experience with a broad range of recruiting methodologies including behavioural-based interviewing and selection models, sourcing capabilities (active and passive), internet, employee referrals, professional networking, etc.

Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, HRIS / ATS systems. Prior use of Workday is a plus.
