The Customer Service Representative (CSR) Reception will act as a first point of contact for guests at the AFD corporate office and will be responsible for all reception duties;
from answering phone calls on a multi-line system to dealing with and resolving customer inquiries. The CSR Reception is responsible for the daily coordination of AFD’s customer service relations as described below.
You must have a strong attention to detail, work ethic and be able to work in a face paced, dynamic environment.
- Present a positive customer experience, internally and externally while maintaining a professional image of the organization
- Respond to phone, email and in-person inquiries from clients, business partners and others
- Customer ship to location setup, requires coordination of multiple departments to gather data to input
- Cardlock and company fleet card management, including set up, activation, price changes, product changes and related support
- Manage customer fuel price government exemptions
- Update cardlock pricing and price comparison sheets
- Pulling reports as needed for customers and internal departments
- Updating pricing at AFD’s network of cardlock locations throughout Western Canada
- Sourcing, ordering, and maintaining office supplies and other items upon request
- Sorting, sending, and picking up mail
- Manage incoming and outgoing courier parcels
- Other related duties as required or assigned
OTHER KEY SKILLS (or product knowledge)
- Experience in working with major fuel providers considered an asset
- Advanced knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and e-mail required
- Working knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Kardpoll considered an asset
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
EXPEREINCE
3+ years’ experience in an office administrative role
EDUCATION
High School Diploma or GED required
