Required Skills and Responsibilities :

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
• Good years of experience in data architecture, data modeling, or a similar role.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational and NoSQL databases.
• Strong understanding of data management concepts, including ETL, data warehousing, and data lakes.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and data technologies (e.g., Redshift, Big Query, Snowflake).
• Knowledge of data governance frameworks, standards, and practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail. Roles and Responsibilities :
• Design and implement data architectures to support business requirements and objectives.
• Define data standards, guidelines, and best practices for data modeling, integration, and governance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand data needs.
• Develop and maintain data models, including conceptual, logical, and physical models.
• Evaluate and select appropriate data technologies and tools for different use cases.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and security across the organization.
• Lead data migration, transformation, and consolidation efforts.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to data engineers and analysts.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in data management.
• Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives as a data architecture subject matter expert.Tata Consultancy Services Canada Inc.
