We are currently looking for an extraordinary Technical Recruiter with a genuine commitment for hiring talented individuals while providing an unforgettable candidate experience.
What we are looking for :
- Directly source and hire high quality technical positions through job ads, cold calling, etc. (mechanical and electrical roles)
- Partner with hiring managers to assess talent requirements and advising on the best hiring strategy.
- Use a variety of techniques including social media platforms to discover and attract the best talent.
- Conduct thorough behavioral based interviews and phone or virtual screenings to assess technical skills and behavioural competencies.
What you will bring :
- Degree in a related field.
- Minimum +5 years experience in sourcing and assessing technical talent with agencies or in-house engineering environments.
- A genuine interest in technology shown by continuous learning throughout your career.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Be able to provide and take constructive feedback.
