The Systems Analyst plays a critical role in the continued sustainment of a secure messaging gateway service. This role focuses on designing, developing, and maintaining SOA-based applications in Java environments, with significant integration work involving APIs and Oracle databases. The analyst is responsible for translating business requirements into technical solutions, managing wireframes based on BRDs, conducting QA testing, preparing technical documentation, and overseeing deployments into testing environments. The position also includes responsibilities related to ensuring security, privacy, and accessibility compliance while supporting post-implementation activities and providing technical guidance across project phases.
