Position Overview The Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) oversees and optimizes all revenue-generating activities within our company.

This includes business development, internal / external communication, sales leadership, marketing, and client experience to maximize revenue and drive business growth.

Accountable for developing and executing annual revenue strategies that centre around exceptional client service, company growth & innovation.

Role Objectives As the most senior member of the HET Leadership Team, you will be accountable for developing the company's one, three-, and five-year strategies in partnership with the CEO.

Partner with the leadership team to execute the current corporate strategic plan and develop the next evolution of our growth strategy.

Identify new market opportunities and manage the KPIs to achieve the business plan set for each segment. Ensure performance and alignment of the company’s revenue-generating verticals.

Strategic vision to drive sales growth within the sales team, while maintaining focus on exceptional outcomes. Help maximize reach and efficiency by adding new, scalable partners in a thoughtful way.

Monitor the revenue, pipeline and leads, and drive revenue strategy with inputs from the department leads and other stakeholders.

Participate in external events and act as a thought leader across the industries where we do business. Responsibilities Monitor the marketplace and analyze opportunities, providing competitive strategies and tactics.

Create and manage a data-driven revenue growth strategy. Maintain a regular performance reporting cycle to the CEO / Founder and Leadership Team.

Be accountable for employee performance. Play a role in the business development strategy and pitching; partnering closely with the CEO.

Minimum Educational Level & Requirements University Degree 10+ Years in leadership roles Ability to craft and execute a business strategy Management Experience and P&L supervision
