MAIN RESPONSABILITIES

Tendering
- Scouting and Subcontractors assessment (RFI, QIA, quality & EHS audit )
- Market assessment and analysis (best practices, market way of working / usage, competition )
- Contribute to the Installation costing development and maturity during the Tender phase.
Contracting
- Ensure proper implementation of Procurement DFQ processes (Go-RFQ, BA, Go Order)
- Manage RFP / RFQ / Claim processes when no Buyer available (Lead commercial & contractual negotiations).
- Lead complex contract negotiations with Contractors involving multiple stakeholders and expertise including Customer.
- Ensure the project execution is in line with QCDT objectives
- Ensure a proper setting up of the Procurement process with respect to the Alstom golden rules (Legal, E&C, CSR & EHS & CSR).
- Monitor Contractors performance during execution phase.
- Effective teamwork with internal customers and key stakeholders in problem solving.
MAIN REQUIRED COMPETENCES
Educational Requirements
Mandatory :
- Business school or Engineering Degree
- Experience in project Execution with strong background in subcontracted works
Desirable :
Civil or Electro-mechanical engineering
Experience
Mandatory :
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in Procurement field
- With a minimum of 5 years in subcontracting field
- Knowledgeable of Contract management
Desirable :
- Knowledgeable of EHS and Quality requirement
- International background
- Fluent in English
