Job Description
During a typical day, you will :
- Drive district profitability by leading, mentoring, and motivating a team of Branch Managers to achieve their goals and objectives
- Monitor sales and profitability performance and identify areas for improvement and growth
- Drive the district recruitment and retention strategy for sales employees
- Monitor to ensure that all employees are meeting customer service standards
- Ensure that compliance and regulatory requirements are followed within the district
- Provide and monitor debt management activities for district to collect on past due accounts
Qualifications
Successful candidates will :
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership capacity managing a multi-site operation
- Minimum of 3 years in a customer-facing targeted sales environment in financial services, ideally consumer lending
- Have a passion for sales and developing a sales team
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
