We’re on the hunt for an Accounts Receivable Specialist who will be responsible for managing the company's receivables and ensuring timely customer payments.
In this role, you’ll monitor accounts, resolve billing discrepancies, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to maintain positive client relationships.

Responsibilities
- Handle daily operations across full-cycle Accounts Receivable in a high-volume environment.
- Verify the accuracy and completion of all billing transactions in accordance with revenue recognition standards.
- Investigate and resolve customer queries.
- Monitoring customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities
- Maintain and update the internal billing database to ensure data accuracy.
- Process and investigate billing cancellation requests as needed.
- Collaborate with collections, operations, and sales teams to address and resolve customer inquiries efficiently.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a Billing or Accounting related role.
- Must have : Experience working with NetSuite
- Nice to have : Tech or SaaS experience
