Director, Human Resources Multi-location Consumer Services
Our client is a dynamically growing multi-location consumer services leader and innovator seeking a motivated, high-energy Director of Human Resources to enact foundational programs and process to support aggressive growth.
You will work with a lean team initially and build out your team commensurate with the company’s ongoing development, where growth has come through both organic strategies and acquisition.
You will have a strong background in human capital program development and implementation, and lead initiatives across Payroll and Benefits, Health / Safety, through Recruitment, Onboarding, Training, Retention, Culture Transformation, and Success Planning, etc.
We are looking for a hands-on leader who can develop strategy and work in the trenches to implement strategy and best practices.
The optimum candidate will have a Human Resources generalist background with team leadership experience and background in multi-location services such as Hospitality, Retail, Health & Wellness or Foodservice, etc.
Ability to travel on a national or international basis (international travel- Europe / Asia) is an asset but not a requirement as is exposure to some or all of the following : Recruitment, Payroll & Benefits, Performance Management and Training, M&A and Integration.
