As a seasoned expert in Newstar ERP, Salesforce, Yardi, and Power Platform, you'll contribute significantly to system implementations, optimizations, and integrations.

Reporting to the Director of Systems Development, this role offers an opportunity to shape the future of our organization.

Primary Responsibilities : Manage the implementation and integration of business systems, including but not limited to Newstar ERP, Yardi, Salesforce, and Power PlatformCollaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements, analyze processes, and develop solutions to meet organizational needsProvide guidance and support to stakeholders throughout the entire project lifecycle, from planning and design to testing, training, and deploymentConduct user training sessions and create documentation to ensure effective system utilization and adoptionServe as the primary point of contact for system-related inquiries, troubleshooting, and issue resolutionAdminister and maintain business systems, including user access, configuration, and customization as necessaryProactively identify opportunities for system improvements, enhancements, and optimizations to drive operational efficiency and effectivenessDevelop integrations and APIs to facilitate seamless data exchange and interoperability between systemsUtilize Power BI to create insightful reports and dashboards, enabling data-driven decision making across the organization Required Skills and Qualifications : Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience7+ years in business systems analysis, preferably in home building Proficiency in Newstar ERP, Salesforce, and Yardi requiredSolid understanding of business processes and workflows, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutionsProven track record in system implementations and user adoptionExpertise in Power BI and Microsoft stack desirable Compensation :

• $90K - $95K
