Job Description
Department Overview :
The Senior Credit Risk Analyst will report to the Manager of the RRM Collections Strategy Reporting & Analytics team. The RRM Collections Strategy Team is responsible for producing recurring and ad-hoc reporting on various collections metrics, providing oversight on the Customer Assistance business for all Cards and Retail portfolios. In addition, the team frequently produces in-depth business analyses providing insight on the Bank's delinquent populations.
Job Description / Accountabilities
Reporting to the Manager on the RRM Collections Strategy Reporting & Analytics team, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following :
- Support the team in the production of key deliverables including several highly circulated RRM reports and dashboards on a monthly basis.
- Act as a subject matter expert on TD collections and delinquency for all TD credit portfolios.
- Conduct regular analyses and deep-dives on various Collections & Delinquency subjects based on business needs and ad hoc asks.
- Support the team in the identification of interesting trends in delinquency at the aggregate and portfolio level.
- Produce collections reporting, develop new reporting based on business needs, and support ad hoc data requests from support partners in the bank.
- Analyze issues and identify potential solutions that further TD Risk Management and Collections Strategy business objectives.
- Ensure the timely communication of issues that are relevant to the team and encourage a good working relationship with other internal and external groups.
- You are required to demonstrate governance, control and risk management behaviours in alignment with TD policies and practices.
