Team Overview – Corporate Functions Transformation (ERP Program)
The Corporate Functions Transformation (CFT) program is a multi-year strategic initiative designed to modernize and unify core business processes across HR, Finance, Procurement, and IT. At its heart is the implementation of a new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platform, replacing legacy systems and siloed processes with an integrated, efficient, and future-ready solution.
Join EDC’s Corporate Functions Transformation : HR Squad as a Senior Analyst, HR ERP Program and play a key role in HR process refinement and readiness for our ERP transformation. You’ll work closely with HR subject matter experts across the full HR function. You’ll also partner with Finance, Procurement, and other cross-functional teams to design and execute the target operating model, advance process and business readiness, and enable business change.
Responsibilities
Engage with HR stakeholders, collaborating closely with HR subject matter experts across the function, and cross-functional teams to design and execute the target operating model.Lead sessions to review HR requirements, facilitate agreement, and present complex issues using persuasion, influence, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.Gather and translate business requirements into technical terms and actionable user stories.Collaborate with HR Stakeholders, SMEs, Business Analysts and cross-function teams, to develop solution approaches and document “as is” and “to be” processes.Lead and contribute to solutions analysis, evaluating options and recommending optimal approaches for process and technology transformation.Rethink and redesign business processes and models to align with future-state objectives, driving innovation and efficiency across HR and related functions.Support the development and refinement of integrated journey maps and process designs for HR, ensuring alignment with future-state service delivery.Document current and future-state processes, identify pain points, and contribute to transformation heatmaps that highlight areas of significant change.Prepare clear technical and user documentation, supporting sign-off and project delivery.Present complex issues and solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.Collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate information with attention to detail and accuracy, deconstructing complex technical solutions for non-technical audiences.Support the development of change management and communications frameworks.Qualifications
Completed an Undergraduate Degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Commerce, Business, or related field.Minimum of 5+ years as a Business Analyst.Proven experience in process analysis and improvement, including mapping, analyzing, and redesigning business processes within an ERP context.Experience with ERP systems, process modeling, integration, and migration.Familiarity with cloud platforms and integration strategies.Experience with Microsoft suite including Visio, Power BI.Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.Preferred Experience
Depth of experience in digital transformation initiatives.Understanding of organizational goals, financial metrics, and strategic alignment with the ability to tailor HR digital initiatives to support business objectives.Certification in ERP platforms or business analysis.Bilingual in both official languages (English and French).Eligibility & Employment Equity
